A compact commercial vehicle that is smart, economical and robust

With its compact dimensions, Nemo is Citroën's entry-level light commercial vehicle. Launched in early 2008, Nemo is designed to take on congested city streets.

Compact and generous

Although compact, Nemo boasts generous load capacity, with load volume of 2.5m3 and payload of 610 kg.

With its large sliding side doors, rear asymmetric swing doors and low load sill, Nemo has been designed for easy loading and unloading.

Modern styling

The Nemo’s lines are both modern and robust. The taut lines of the bonnet, wide windscreen, large chevrons and smooth sides – ideal for displaying a business name – confirm its modern, dynamic character. The oversized bumper and wheel arches, wide side protective mouldings and high rear lights suggest durability.

Nemo delivers a comfortable and relaxing ride, comparable with that of a passenger car. It features a comfortable and ergonomic driving position as well as a vast, airy and functional cabin with up to twelve stowage compartments.

Nemo also features an array of driving aids for easy use in all circumstances. It is available with rear parking assist as well as an overspeed warning.

To further assist professional users in their work, Nemo is available with a Bluetooth hands-free kit and an Extenso® passenger seat that turns into a desktop when the backrest is folded onto the seat cushion.

Uncompromising on safety

Nemo includes ABS and a driver airbag as standard. It can be fitted with up to four airbags (passenger and side).

To satisfy one of the key concerns of professional users, Nemo includes a number of functions to protect goods carried. It is available with an automatic locking function – activated when the vehicle starts moving – and also with a selective locking function that unlocks the load area independently of the cabin.

Efficient, clean and economical engines

Nemo ships with two engines, one diesel (HDi 70) and one petrol (75 bhp 1.4i). Both engines are mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. The HDi engine is also available with a 5-speed clutchless gearbox.

With the HDi engine and 5-speed clutchless gearbox, Nemo has CO2 emissions of just 116g per km. This record-beating performance makes it the benchmark in the small van segment. With this HDi engine, Nemo qualifies for the Airdream® eco-label given to the Citroën vehicles with the best environmental credentials.

Nemo boasts low cost-in-use, with its fuel-efficient engines (4.5 l/100 km over a combined cycle for the HDi engine) and optimised servicing costs.
